3. Payments

• Final delivery may be withheld until full payment is received.
• Delayed payments may result in service suspension or project delays.

4. Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds are not applicable for:

• Consultation or setup services

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing required content and information on time
• Reviewing and approving work promptly
• Ensuring submitted materials do not violate copyrights or laws

6. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

Webiff does not guarantee:

• Specific Google rankings
• Traffic increases
• Leads or revenue outcomes

Marketing results may vary depending on competition, industry, budget, and platform algorithms.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools and platforms such as hosting providers, payment gateways, Google Ads, or analytics tools. Webiff is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues caused by external services.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final approved project files become the client's property unless otherwise agreed.
Webiff may showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

Webiff shall not be held liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, revenue loss, or platform-related issues beyond our control.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding payments for completed work remain payable.

11. Updates to Terms

Webiff may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
